Group case study:
As a group we are required to research an organization, which is Xiaomi Chinese Electronics Company, critically review its strategic and operational activities and devise an appropriate package’ of management controls.
However, my part of this research is only the company analysis (SWOT) AND the industry analysis (five porter’s forces)
So in order for you to start writing these two parts you must please go and see the example I uploaded about a previous students research. I want you exactly follow how did they did those two parts (company analysis, industry analysis) and do tables like what they have done make it colorful and nice and then comment on it like what they have done in the example.
