Welcome to week 7! This week addresses a topic close to my heart- program and curriculum development!

Please reflect on your prior educational experiences. Was the theoretical foundation of the program evident? To what extent did a nursing theory drive or provide the framework for your undergraduate education? Do you remember what theory was used? How effective was theory in relationship to your undergraduate education? With this in mind, let’s focus on the discussion question for this week:
