You are offered a contract to design and install all the hardware and software (including all networking capability) for the business that you have chosen in assessment 1.
Marina Berthe wishes to provides workstations for a minimum of 10 users. She knows very little about system security or New Zealand Law relating to computer systems.
REPORT REQUIREMENTS:
write a formal report for your client that discusses the following issues:
1. Which NZ laws does your client need to be aware of in setting up the required systems? Identify the particular parts of the legislation that apply and explain how you think they are relevant. To obtain full marks, five different laws should be included in the report. 30 marks
2. Who are the primary and secondary stakeholders (include five in total, both primary and secondary) in this system? For each stakeholder, Identify what their relationship is to the system? 15 marks
3. What are the risks associated with the proposed system (what could go wrong?} and what recommendations do you have to reduce the risks you have identified. Identify and describe five possible risks. 25 marks
4. Use the IITP Code of professional Conduct to reflect on how you wrote your report, and how the process of writing your assessment matches, or does not match, each of the eight tenets. 25 marks
