Introduction Communication is one of the pillars of any social setup whether in the formal settings or on the social settings. It is one of the aspects that defines how different people within and without each setting interact and form relations. It is the backbone that governments use to interact with other governments and organizations from around the world to conduct business at any imaginable scale (Lee, 2007). At a relatively smaller scale, communication is also crucial in the hospitals and other health care facilities, where the staffs and the patients pass information back and forth.
