Describe any four (4) ethically sound principles or practices that the ACM code of ethics requires of its members. Also, describe four (4) specific benefits that business corporations can obtain from ethically sound business practices.2. What is the main issue behind the debate about net neutrality? Describe the arguments that each party of the debate (i.e. the critiques and supporters) offers to support its position. In the context of the net neutrality debate, describe the strengths (pros) and weaknesses (cons) of the visible and the invisible hand approaches to Internet regulation, and determine which one offers a more morally sound means of managing the Internet. In your own judgment, why is preserving net neutrality an ethically good or bad thing? (Note: You must demonstrate that you understand the idea of net neutrality. You must demonstrate familiarity with and good understanding of the texts and class discussions.3. From the perspective of our discussion of digital divide, how would you answer the question whether information technology is a primary good (i.e. a basic necessity) in the technology- mediated information world in which we live now? How would Robert Nozicks philosophical theory of libertarianism and John Rawls philosophical theory of egalitarianism answer the question whether it is morally appropriate and just (fair) for government to redistribute social resources and benefits (e.g. through taxation) to offer all citizens (especially the less disadvantaged citizens) opportunities to computing technologies and internet access? Show how each of the two philosophical theories would defend (or justify) its view on the issue. In your analysis, which of the two, if any, offers a more morally sound argument on the issue?
