What is the importance of intrinsic motivation within a non-profit organisation?

methodology, data analysis and findings, and conclusion and recommendations done for my dissertation please. For my methodology it is requiring approx 800 words, for data analysis and findings it is required approx 500 words and conclusion and recommendations is requiring approx 800 words so all together it adds up to 2100 words. I haven’t put down exactly how many source/requirement because i wasn’t too sure if i need it or not for them chapters, i have already sent my dissertation brief but if you can just read through that, you will have a better understanding on what is required.
