For this discussion, use the six-step critical thinking process (PDF is attached) to analyze the problem-solving process the team used in the video. Please note that there is also a transcript of the discussion provided if you are not able to view the video.
What errors did the team members make? How could they have improved on their problem-solving process? What steps in the six-step Critical Thinking Process were applied correctly? Was something omitted?
Reflect on your own problem-solving experiences outside of this course and those you have seen in your current or former workplaces. Have you seen the result of others who have made the same errors as seen in the video? Why do you think these errors are easy to make? How could the Critical Thinking Process have redirected the errors?
If you were a member of such a team, what recommendations would you make to ensure positive results by using the critical thinking process? What step in the six-step Critical Thinking Process will help you the most when working with teams?
As you complete this discussion, avoid performing research and using citations. Internet research is not needed because you are sharing your thoughts and experiences and not those of another author.
