3. Consider the following: If you were a business manager of a medium-sized firm, would you decide to purchase your indirect inputs from an e-distribution or an e-procurement Net marketplace, and what factors would have an impact on your decision?
4. Write a 2 – 3 page report summarizing your analysis, and include references and any necessary appendices (i.e., organizational charts, graphs, etc.).
