Order Description
Working as a company consultant for the business that I work for has made me see various workplace issues that occur as a result of the relationship that exists between the managers and other junior employees. In this case, the company’s senior manager believes in letting staffing or workplace issues for the employees themselves, without offering any assistance where they are defeated. Ideally, the managers believe that the employees have the capacity and ability to perform jobs and should never complain because they are lucky for having secured those vacancies. Also, the managers urge them not to complain or rather exchange any words with him. A closer look at these issues reveals that the workers working within this organization have their employment and workplace right infringed. To sum up, the manager seems to lack ap
