Turnitin.com will be used for this assignment.  As a general rule you should aim for a turnitin score between 20-30%.  Attribution adds credibility to your assertions

and validates your research.  More than 30% limits your originality and critical analysis.  Moreover it becomes a collection of somebody else’s work.

Notes from Syllabus:
A 12-15 pages topical paper, (cover page, abstract, references and attachments not counted in 12-
15 page count) with citations. The subject of which is directly relevant to Purchasing and
Acquisitions Management that clearly demonstrates a graduate level command of writing and
critical thinking. Minimum of 8 scholarly references (WikiLeaks, Wikipedia and dictionaries
are not scholarly references). Do not use your text as a resource for this objective. All
topics must be pre-approved by the instructor NLT end of week 3.
Notes from teacher:
Try thinking of this paper as a position paper. Consider what you want to say, clarify that position, and defend that position with your research. For this paper you

must use as a minimum of eight scholarly articles, this is where your research comes into play. You may want to provide examples of successes (hence your reason for

defending this position) and then contrast where others have failed (again supporting your rationale for choosing your position). By providing 4-5 assertions, you walk

your readers through your thought process and lead them to agree with your position.
If this topic is to cumbersome you may want to consider a new topic, but make that decision soon. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Julie
