2. Short and Long Term Objectives: Detailed description of NETFLIX’s business model and its short and long term objectives using concrete business growth and customer metrics. This section will include a discussion of what are the key elements of their customer marketing strategy. This will include a discussion of the customer personas and customer life cycle, from acquisition to growth and to retention and to extension, and explore how NETFLIX’s engagement strategy should evolve with every customer segment.
3. Analysis: Analysis of different customer analytics and predictive marketing elements currently being implemented and that could also be extended at NETFLIX. This section needs to discuss the benefits and challenges for implementing different analytics methods and practices to support customer relationships and new ways to support customer engagement as well as sales.
