You are given a case study (below) and will have to select a country for market entry. Your group will:
1. Identify measures and methods for Country selection,
2. Gather empirical evidence based on appropriate data sources,
3. Select a country and justify the selection using relevant data and then, based on the theory learnt during lectures, deliver recommendations to the Board Directors.

Your management report must also include a cover page, contents page, Executive Summary, introduction, analysis, and recommendations. Ensure that all tables and figures are numbered. Marking criteria are given below, consider these when constructing your report. For guidance on key report content you may also wish to consider the following:
a. Explain the process of Country selection and justify the choice of variables and methodology you used to compare countries. Use relevant theory from academic sources, but also consider the relevance to the case company.
b. Clearly present, discuss and critically analyse the data on all four countries considering the implications of your findings for the case company.
c. Ensure all sources of data are clearly cited and correctly referenced using CU Harvard referencing.
d. Ensure your final recommendations are clearly reported, justified, and actionable.
