1. Write a 1-3 page paper (typed) in two parts as follows:
Part I: Briefly explain the “key concepts” of your chosen article.
Part II: Discuss how these concepts directly relate to the topic of the requirement book. Apply your best critical thinking and tell what you think rather than just what was reported).
2. Two requirement resources:
• The article called Employees Alone Together by Sarah Max, which is included
Use this article for the first part and then…
• The book called Management, 11th Edition, by Schermerhorn, J.R. Jr.
Use the chapter called “Teams and Teamwork”, Pages (327-42) for the second part of this paper.
• General requirement: the paper must be in one essay format.

Grading Criteria:
Part I: “explanation of the article’s key concepts” = 30%
Part II: “your insights relating to the book topic” = 70%
