My fellow Americans,

Let me express my innermost gratitude of being given the chance to address this Republican National Convention. I amhonored to be standing in front of you here tonight not only asa candidate seeking the Republican ticket, but also as a woman: a woman who dreams big. I value honesty, reliability, and integrity. My dream that I have held inmy heart since I was a small girl residing in Jacksonville, Floridawas to represent the people of Florida in Congress.

I respect my mother a lot. She went through the daily struggles of taking care of our family of four after our father passed on. She became the sole breadwinner of our family. Often she had to do two jobs in a day in order to provide for us food and afford our education. I thank the Almighty God who through my mother enabled us to acquire quality education. More so, we never slept hungry. Shehas passed away now,but I know she is proudly looking down on me with pride.

In the forthcoming elections,all of us will be called upon to reaffirm our commitments and pledge to the values that were conceived by our party forbearers in 1854 in Jackson, Michigan. We will leverage on our commitment as the Republican Party to fight for freedom,prosperity, and vision of the American people.

I offer myself as an ideal candidate seeking the votes of this convention to champion for the idealsof the Republican Party in particular and the American people at large. I understand that freedom is a gift from God. Throughout our history as Republicans, we have envisioned freedom as a key factor of attaining democracy. Abraham Lincoln, through the Emancipation Proclamation Speech,led to the abolishment of slavery, which received support from Congressional Republicans.Therefore, I will champion for the four key freedom forms that are enshrined in the constitution. These are freedom of speech, freedom of movement, freedom of worship and freedom from want.

I believe in successat both the individual, state, and country level. A lot has been achieved since the era of civil war when most of the economy was agrarian. It has evolved since them into an industrial one. The economy continues to create wealthand provide employment.Nonetheless, I would champion for the establishment of more industries and enterprises to cater for the number of the unemployed.

I believe in my abilities to make America a better country to live in. This convention is about choosing an ideal candidate who will clearly articulate the ideas of the party and can identify with the American public. That candidate is here in front of you right now. My humble request to this Convention isfor it to consider what the party stands for and associate it with me. Beside my tenacity, I possess strength and vision to battle with the Democrats on their opinions and for the votes of the American people.

It outlines the basic Rights accorded to every American Citizen. They include Freedom, Right of Life and to Pursue Happiness. It states further that our Creator made all of us equal so everyone should have an equal opportunity to achieve greatness and acquire property.

Life can be demanding. As one goes about their daily chores, most of the activities now require one to pay for with money. When one factors in inflation into the cost of services and goods,they become expensive for consumers to acquire and use them. The high cost of living, therefore puts a financial strain on people’s budgets. It also reduces the consumer’s purchasing power. Consequently, it has negative effects on the property sector, more so home ownership. It makes owning a home to be expensive and difficult. The customers who cannot pay for their own homes are forced to rent. Renting, however, does not give one the flexibility of choosing a design, or the amenities that come with the rented house. Furthermore, due to thepopulation increase, getting a house to rent is a challenge.

Chase Manhattan Bank has come up with an innovative loan product that will help with owning a home. It is a new personal home loan product, which enable customers, who are eligible, to get funds to purchase or build their own homes. The customers will have the ability to choose a location, design features, and themes that they will desire. Its innovativeness provides flexibility to the homeowners not only in terms of having a say of construction but also in terms of payments. The clients who take up a personal loan will have a repayment period of ten years, depending on the amount taken. The interest charge on the home loan product will be on a reducing basis. Chase Manhattan Bank seeks to encourage the borrowing of more funds hence the interest model adopted.

We at Chase Manhattan Bank highly appreciate our clients and realize that some might dislike the idea of a personal home loan. However, we urge every customer to walk in our bank and experience a different model.

The Vietnam War was also considered as the second Indochina war. The people in Vietnam called the war the resistance war against America. The war started in the year 1955 and ended in the year 1975. This war was fought by North Vietnam, who believed in communalism and the South Vietnam, who were against communalism. Various countries in the world supported the two groups. For instance, china and USSR supported the northern side while the United States supported the southern side. While the southern people fought a kind of guerilla war, the northern side was more conventional and sometimes sent a large number of soldiers to the war front.

As the war continued, the southern side decreased their intensity in fighting, and the northern country grew. During the war, the Americans decided to put up a large strategic bombing against the northern space and the northern side defended its air space. The United States was against communism and did not want the southern side to be taken over by the communist societies. The chief aim of the US army was to halt the spread of the communist societies. The northern side was fighting to continue the spread of the communist society. War always results in casualties. More than 800,000 Vietnamese civilians, about 300,000 Cambodians and 60,000 Americans were killed during the war.

Second summary

The war in Vietnam had started long before the war became known worldwide. The Vietnam was a colony of France for a long time, and the people had suffered for almost 60 years. The Japanese invaded the country in the year 1940. The Japanese fought against the French who were not willing to give up their colony. The Japanese tried to woo the United States, which refused to join them and focused on containing communism. The Japanese managed to defeat the French people who ended up leaving Vietnam. A conference held in Geneva was held in 1954 in order to find a way for France to leave Vietnam peacefully. Vietnam was supposed to have a general election in 1956 to unite the country. The southern side managed to carry out their election aided by United States. However, the leader who was chosen was so bad that he was overthrown in a coup pioneered by the United States.

The US continued sending advisors to the southern people. The northern side reacted by attacking the US ship to which the United States reacted by sending their troops to fight in the war. The United States fought in the southern Vietnam side untilthe country was able to attain peace in 1975. Many civilians were killed in the war. There have however been some reports that the United States committed some atrocities in Vietnam. There were soldiers who were accused and punished for killing women and children. The soldiers were killing and maiming everyone they found without any regard for humanity. These cases have been tried with some of the soldiers convicted of the atrocities.
