This week provided a foundation of program design strategies, including program design based on the realities of organization and community assessment; the concept of organizationally mission-based program concepts; stakeholder partnerships; and the importance and integration of program evaluation to include the concepts of quantitative and qualitative methods of evaluation. We also discussed the concept of Chasing Mission and Not Money .
