How has the changes in the lisbon treaty increased or decreased the federal aspect (more or less centralized) with regard to subsidiarity. subsidiarity, a political safeguard of European federalism (decentralization over centralization), the changes that have occurred with regard to subsidiarity and the monitoring system all with regard to federalism and possibly but not necessarily give a small comparison with another federal state (Germany, US etc.)
