Make sure to include the following points in your paper:

Has the mortality for stroke changed significantly in the last ten years?

How are the trends for stroke mortality different compared to nationwide?

Describe any differences in stroke mortality among gender/age groups in state or nationwide?

What did you learn from this activity?
