It is an assignment that I have to resit.I only need around 275 more words as I have done the most of it.

The requirement is according to my teacher : – As only a SWOT analysis was used, the essay shows very limited evidence of the understanding and effective application of theoretical frameworks,as well as very limited evidence of synthesis and critical abilities.
-To improve this essay, you could drawn on theoretical frameworks to analyse the process and the evaluation of the change. You could have critically evaluated the theories and frameworks that you would have used.
