Standard curve using three abosorbance

Bradford Assay was performed with samples in triplicate. I got the standard curve and using three abosorbance from the plate reader for the samples and then I extrapolated the protein samples in ug for the triple values and then took a mean of them. Once I got the mean for the samples using the standard curve, I need to find the total protein concentraion of the samples.

How do I find that? I used 50 ul of the sample containing the protein. Let’s say that for one of the sample I got the mean of 9 ug using the standard curve, how do I find the total protein concentration for this value (9 ug)? Do I divide 9 ug with 50 ul? Is there a formula I need to use. The total fraction is 500 uL.
