You have recently qualified as a sports psychologist. An athletics club has employed you to design an intervention that will help the athletes improve their performance in competitions. Your 2500 word report should describe the key features of your intervention, explain how it will improve performance and critically evaluate the empirical evidence and theories on which the recommendations are based.
