Pick the conflict you are currently having ( conflict with co worker/boss). Identify who is affected and who will be impacted by this conflict (explain why they will be affected or impacted). Describe the conflict in detail. Develop at least 3 resolution that will solve the conflict. Select the resolution that you feel will resolve the conflict and explain why you feel it is the best solution.
