List three factors that you think could help people improve their level of wellness within each dimension, and then list three challenges that you think people could face with regard to each dimension. Once you have completed that, explore scholarly material online to see if any of your hypotheses are supported by evidence. When you find a supporting resource, provide a reference, summarize the findings, and discuss how what you learned fits with your perspective about wellness (or has changed it).
