Students in Law 17 and 34 are required to do a legal research and writing paper.You may use the same paper for both classes. Just make sure that you have updated your cases and citations from one semester to another if you take the classes in different semesters.Below is the format for your paper. You will post the various parts of your paper and the final paper under the moodle classroom.
