Read the resport, paying particular attention to the pro-con debate. decide which side you agree with pro or con. Now write a respectfull letter to the auther of the viewpoint you disagree with, arguing agains their position. You must address the points your opponent makes (and you may addressabases on points your opponent has fail to make), but in either case you must argue your position using logic supported by quotes paraphrases, facts, and fugures you have found either elsewhere in the resport or in source mentioned in its bibliography. you may also use source found in any of the library databases on the Course Quickstart page.
