Sheldon often visits Penny’s apartment on “The Big Bang Theory” by knocking on the door 3 times with each knock followed by the word “Penny.” Jack, on the other hand, had a far more intense approach to the hotel room door he was trying to enter in “The Shining.” If you were Wendy, located inside the hotel room where Jack is trying to enter, you may have grounds for a tort lawsuit against Jack. [Wendy is not the owner of the hotel.] After watching the video clip from “The Shining,” fully answer these questions:

(1) What tort(s) may Jack be committing in this scene?

(2) What are the elements of the tort (or torts) that Wendy, as a plaintiff, would have to prove to win her case?
