The Task
• Select an existing Western brand/product/service
• Identify and evaluate the relevance of the marketing mix to the product/service of your choice. Some elements of the mix may be more important than others
Your report must contain brief descriptions on the following aspects:
Ø The product/service you have chosen
Ø What packaging and appearance you decided to have and why?
Ø Who are the target customers?
Ø How and for what purpose will they use your product?
Ø The price(s) you will charge and why?
Ø What promotional techniques will you apply and why? These should be SMART
Ø Where you intend to sell the product and will potential customers have an easy access to your product?
Ø To make your report more interesting you can design an advertisement (visual or print)
Ø Finally, you should produce a summary evaluation of you marketing plan.
