Does using longer hours in schools make students better in subjects
that they study in school and they can compete better internationally?
that can be evaluated by using the data from tests of students and
asking some questions from a sample of some parents.

Do you use survey and collect data from participants in the program.
In instrument section of paper you will say that I will develop a
survey with 3 parts that will ask questions on strong elements of the
program, week elements of the program, and other problems in the
program such as timing, etc. Whatever you think is good for your
design, you will explain in section for instrument in paper. what you
put and describe in those sections change based on the design that you
create to evaluate that program.
