Ancient Rhetoric Short Paper Two Overview In three (3) to four (4) pages, please answer the following three-part question. Please utilize any and all of the materials covered in the class up to this point

(a) What are the chief components of Isocrates’, Plato’s, and Aristotle’s approaches to rhetoric? (b) Framed as responses to the Sophists, which is the most effective?
(c) Why? Please explain your answer with reference to specific texts.

2. Citations are to be in MLA format and papers should include a “Works Cited” list on a separate sheet of paper. There is bibliographic information on each of the readings in the syllabus. Remember: referencing lectures is not an appropriate form of documentation; go to the sources directly.
