Project description
– I would like you to write a literature review about cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP)in the introduction and discuss its role in health and disease in terms of dietary choices.
– I would also like you to discuss the limitations of using genomic material from cell lines and ethical considerations for not using human subjects.

– I would like you to write about the methodology using the following steps:
1- Designing primers/choosing form literature where they have already amplified the same segment by PCR.
2- DNA extraction.
3- Amplification of the genomic segment of the gene by PCR and running an agarose gel.
4- Cleaning up the PCR products form the gel.
5- Sending the product for sequencing.
6- Analysis of results using databases to identify the genotype status of the sample
