Errors conducted during ordering and making invoice generally cause untold loss to the

company. To unearth the cause of the errors, research on customer size, customer location, and

product type was conducted to determine how they affect the number of invoice errors

encountered. The results were analyzed using Excel, and the following conclusions were made.
