Paper details:
You are required (as a group with up to four members) to write a report based on the “E-government and EIS change management and critical success factors: An Omani success story” case study. In this report, you need to evaluate current business systems and processes and propose improvements for the given case study. You are required to demonstrate your analytical and modelling skills to communicate your findings from the case study.

You are NOT to simply restate the findings in the paper, but to propose innovative ways to facilitate similar projects in the future.
