Reflection Essay for a communication/speech skills course

Paper instructions:

reflect on the most important things you have learned in the course about your Communication Skills. I want you to think about your Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, and Public Communication. This is not a research paper but more an expose of what you have learned.
Were your speeches/interview well organized? Was the message easy to follow? How could the organization have been improved?
