¢ I always keep my client case in my thought even when I am home. It s not good way of doing self care. Sometimes I do stress and draining. I feel responsibilities for my clients life which is not good. Then you can just mention about these issues above. Cuz you have to say as you were me. Then do research how I can do maintain my personal health. Self care.
