1-(My familiar Educational Organisation is about Iraq, Recruitment & selection teacher in Iraq)
2- You should use APA 6ed. referencing where appropriate within the body of the report. Only citations used in the report should be included in the bibliography.
3- You should use at least 12 references which contain 3 books and also 3 journals and you can also use articles and other.
4- Please no less than 3300 words.if more than 3300 it is ok
