Real world critical case analysis Of a certain “SME” ( state the Chosen SME here)

You are required to write a critical case analysis of a real life growing SME (Small and medium-sized enterprises) that you will research you only chose one and the objectives for the case analysis are to develop conceptual and factual understanding of the external and internal environment and their impact on growing businesses and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of a firm and the core competence that can be built to establish a successful growing venture. You have to relate the research to the lecture content which are the models. Lecture notes has been attached.

What will you do:
At First, read the instruction that been attached for more details, format and structure.
Now, you need to research a certain SME (Small and medium-sized enterprises) only chose one to do the research so that you can get details about it this certain SME. Note that the chosen SME has to be a growing or trying to and has a maximum employees of 100 only. The learning objectives for the case analysis are to develop conceptual and factual understanding of the external and internal environment and their impact on growing businesses and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of a firm and the core competence that can be built to establish a successful growing venture.
You are free to choose your firm and its industry. However, we encourage students to select an industry that would be suitable for employment based on their particular interests and primary area of concentration. For example, IT majors are encouraged to examine an IT firm. Science majors are pointed toward the technology firms. And HR majors towards the employment market. In the end, students make choices based on their personal interests and we would suggest choosing a growth-oriented firm.
