Address the following using no more than 5 double-spaced pages (not including your title page and references). You must have a minimum of one reference (this is the bare minimum and will result in a minimum grade (C)!) from an academic source in addition to your textbook such as another book or a peer-reviewed academic journal. Ensure that your paper adheres to the standards specified in the 6th Edition of the APA Publication Manual.
•Describe and explain the variation in public health leadership and organizational structures at the federal, state, and local levels. Compare and contrast the roles and responsibilities of the chief executive or key leader for each level. Use the literature to justify your position and/or to provide examples.
