Illustrate and critically evaluate , through the use of various (imagined or real) project case/scenarios, the potential use of the of principles, processes and tools, taken from the course and literature..To demonstrate how a project strategy (and its sub-strategies of):
0. Case (or cases) background illustrating descriptions (These might be located throughout the project)
1. problem definition;
2. value/investment case (options & do nothing option);
3. feasibility (constraints);
4. procurement/contract strategy;
5. planning/structuring strategy;
6. run/report and control (modelling);
7. review & learning.
