practices in hopes of resolving the problem.  The assignment is also designed to measure your ability to

write a college level assignment. identify a problem associated with the execution of justice within a

diverse society. Analyze the magnitude of the problem, identify causes, and seek rational solutions or

viable alternatives to the current practices.  Be sure to discuss the relationship between the history and

development of the criminal justice system as it relates to your identified problem.
