Specific biochemical interaction through which a drug produces its pharmacological effect (for example, Lipitor lowers plasma cholesterol and lipoprotein levels by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase and cholesterol synthesis in the liver…)

How do the risks and the benefits compare?
Side/Adverse effects
What are the possible side effects of using the medicine?
