Prepare a 2-3 page paper analyzing the use of databases in your organization.  Include what database applications are used (Microsoft Access, DB2, Oracle, etc.).  Conclude by proposing improvements. 

For large organizations, restrict the scope of the paper to the department in which you work.  If you are not employed, do a research paper on the use of databases and the benefits they can offer an organization.
