Statement of purpose
Imagination is responsible for the development of dreams and objectives in the life of an ordinary person. Once the objectives of life are determined, then it becomes easy to allocate the resources for ensuring that the objectives are been achieved within the decided time period. As a teenager, I was always interested in following a unique path rather than just getting depended on the old orthodox ways of living the life. My enthusiasm towards discovering new paths of life has helped a lot in understanding the harsh realities, which are somehow directly or indirectly related with every person living around the globe. Among the realities, one of the major realities is related to the achievement of a stable life, through which it becomes easy to get the liberty for accomplishing other objectives. While going through the different phases of life, one field of knowledge has created a strong impact on my life and even sometime I become fascinated with it. The field of finance is responsible for grooming me and it has also provided a way, through which all the challenges of life can be tackled.
My resume show complete details of my academic and professional experiences. I just completed my Masters in accounting, which portray my commitment towards increasing my academic knowledge. I personally rate the fields of accounting and finance together because they are completed inter-related with each other. Although at the same time, they give different insights. Let’s take it as, if accounting is a knowledge, then finance is what you do with that knowledge. My experience as an analyst at DM PARTNERS PTE, LTD., Singapore helped me further in analyzing the field of finance from different aspects. The role of assistant accountant at MISHEEL EXPO CENTER, LTD LOGISTICS, Mongolia was also interesting because the practical exposure related to the development of financial statements and schedule analysis played an effective part in generating new ideas, which can result into the development of start-up companies in the later stage of life.
The academic background in accounting and professional experience in the field of finance has urged me to apply for Masters in Finance program at George Washington University (GWU). This kind of program will not only help in getting more knowledge related to finance but also provide a great opportunity for getting an environment, where it’s really easy to get mentorship for the start-up ideas. The research environment available at the campus is a great encouragement for students and events are been organized on regular basis for promoting entrepreneurship culture. The enrollment at this university will guide me in completing my objectives related to the start-up ideas and it will also help me in completing hundred fifty educational credits, which are essential for setting in CPA exam.
Once my Master degree in finance is completed, I want to work for the development of different kinds of social entrepreneurship ideas. Our country is facing lot of challenges and I think social entrepreneurship is one of the best strategies available to overcome the future financial collapses. At the same time, it’s really important to increase the academic knowledge and more than this, it’s also really essential to get into an educational institution like GWU, where students are given respect based on their innovation in different fields of knowledge. I am fully confident, that I will be able complete all the requirements of your program, and I greatly appreciate your consideration.
