Performance Evaluations

The most effective performance evaluation systems are those that focus on identifying, measuring and improving upon  employee performance. In this two- to three- page paper, provide an analysis of the following:

  1. The intent of performance evaluations within an organization.
  2. The general process an organization should follow in developing/utilizing its performance evaluation tool.
  3. Finally, the traits/characteristics of an effective performance management/performance appraisal process.

The paper must be in APA format and should include a reference page citing at least two peer-reviewed sources other than the textbook.
