On this occasion the report should include the following sections:
Results of analysis (presented in a SWOT box – top three Ss, Ws, Os and Ts ranked);
*The choice of service must be agreed with your lecturer. Airlines, fast-food outlets (e.g. McDonalds), supermarkets and phones/tablets are not allowed. Choose something very specific which will be a realistic proposition for this task – for example, a certain hotel or hair-dressing salon or restaurant in a particular place.
