Current organizational leadership literature examines theoretical and empirical developments in the field. For this discussion, address the following topics:

1. Write a brief description of work that takes a cognitive science approach to organizational leadership research and identify its relevance to the field.

2. Describe what key areas are missing in the current organizational leadership literature in terms of research, theory, and practice needed when working in business or government positions.
