Organizational Behavior Research – Ethics – JP Morgan

This is part of a larger paper, and we are basically researching the organizational behavior issues with ethics at JP Morgan. We will be researching their ethics which have been brought into question with the recent scandals and fines they have been dealing with.

For this part we need a research paper on the Regulatory checks and balances pre and post scandals – has anything changed? and what do these checks do on the culture, structure, etc
