Analysis of an allocated management practitioner article using relevant organisational behaviour theory.

In order to complete this assignment you will need to:

1. Choose ONE article to analyse ( from a choice of two)
2. Write a review of the literature ( i.e. theory and research found in journal articles) in ONE area of OB that is relevant to the problem(s) presented in the article (e.g. communication, personality ect.)
3. Discuss how key information/recommendations in the article are informed/underpinned by the OB theories and research you have reviewed
4. Reflect on the usefulness of applying OB theory to practical organisational situations
