B. Samara is a sole trader organisation situated in Te Puke (Bay of Plenty). The main activities of this organization are to provide labour to the kiwi fruit orchards. This organisation has entered into contracts with orchards to find labour required by them. For that purpose these organisation employees’ persons as casual labours. It’s a small organisation there are few members working in this organisation near about 10 but the numbers of workers varies according to demand. Most of workers are full time only three workers are part time. Their main job is provide labour to pack houses for kiwifruit picking, winter prune and tie down kiwifruit vines, summer prune for optimum fruit quality. The organisation gets labour around surround the Bay of Plenty area as well as outside of this area like Auckland, Hamilton by the help of recruitment agencies as well give advertisement on newspaper and radio.

It has good image that’s why it always attract the best employees and pack houses managers. Due to his work quality and ability to provide labour its much better organisation then other organisation. This Organisation have respectful place in their area. The entire workers are skilfully, they know their tasks according to different sessions.

In this organisation owner and supervisor is directly communicate with each other. Owner defined the task to supervisor as well as workers too. Owner gives the guidelines to supervisor. Supervisor is empowerment by owner so supervisor provides guidelines and support to the employee. Supervisor also do paper work about employee salaries, their working hours etc. He looks after the employee work and also notice the labour is enough or not to do task.

This is a flat organisation. Owner is responsible to find task from different pack houses and analysis worker pays, make invoice. after getting task he defined the task to supervisor. Supervisor set performance standards for tasks, jobs and roles of their employees. So supervisor delegates and also provides ongoing guidelines and support to the employee as they complete their task so he give ongoing advice and training to employee about job and polices program from organisation. He also regularly reviews the needs of their employee as well as he also informs to organisation they want more labour or it’s enough for their tasks. Supervisor also notice employee performance and give records to owner to make their pays.

Indices for each of these factors were developed to enable mapping of the most suitable areas for kiwifruit production. According to ecological factor the demand of labor varies. Demand of labour is more in March to May month. Because it’s picking time and all the pack houses require more labour. In winter weather from June To September kiwi fruit vines are prune and tie down. Here the demand of labour goes down. Because pack house require skill persons. They only require skill persons who know how to prune and tie down the vines. All the output of fruit depends upon winter pruning. In summer weather kiwifruit vines are prune for optimum fruit quality.

There is high demand of labour in bay of plenty area specially in picking time. one more factors effect on demand and supply of labour in this area that there are no of student working in kiwi orchids during their collage or school times the demand becomes high because the pack houses does not get the require labour. So the organization get labour out side of the bay of plenty area by connecting with labour requirement or by advertising to cover the supply In bay of plenty area.

All workers including owner know the fact that when they provide sufficient instructions to your subordinates then you enable them to do their jobs effectively.
