Write a brief description of a public or nonprofit manager with whom you are familiar. Be sure to include the organization for which the manager works and his or her position within the organization. Then, evaluate the effectiveness of the manager, describing at least three of the manager’s personal and/or professional characteristics and how each contributes to his or her effectiveness or ineffectiveness as a public or nonprofit manager.
