Nepal earthquake is a disaster that has happened at Kathmandu,Nepal,Asia on 25th April 2015.The disaster has   killed more than 6300 people and has left many injured.

As we prepare to go for rescue operation in Nepal,we need to be integrated into the existing disaster management structure in N epal.This is because integration is very important for our safety, effectiveness politics, as well as victims, care and evaluation. It will also enable us to obtain vital logistical support, for example, transport.

As a team we will need to be prepared medically by having protective gear and grooves to protect ourselves from any exposed danger, for example when handle ling a wounded person, into contact with the. Protective devices therefore will protect you from getting infected with such diseases as hiv aids.

We need to be educated on how to recover a live victim in a manner that maximizes odds of full recovery to his pre-entrapment status. This will ensure the victim recovers very fast. Also since the survivors are in desperate situation, this team will have to carry counselors who would give free guidance and counseling to the se traumatized survivors.

This team will have to provide good care for task force personnel as well as the victims. This will be done by providing food and water for soldiers who have volunteered to form human chain and to remove debricks,bricks by brick. Enough food will give them much energy to keep going with the job, since food and water are essential basic needs for both the rescue team and the survivors. These people will also need medical support in terms of free medicine and free treatment. The injured people will require effective medicine to treat their woulds,this shows that we have to carry enough qualified doctors who will as well cally on operations effectively.

Following the facts that the UN has warned of the challenges facing Nepals farming community, it says that the quak has destroyed seeds stock for the mid-may rice sowing season for now. They say that the grains are were kept dry in stone storage house have been raised to the ground, therefore we will have to carry enough seeds for them to plant this season

Nepal community need to be assisted with helicopters for rescue purpose, they say that they have shortage of helicopters, therefore we need to organize on how to get enough helicopters for the same, this is because Nepal government is appealing to other countries for more aircraft.These helicopters should go hand in hand with a well trained air rescue, provided with most effective training.

As we prepare to go Nepal, we need to be people who are self-supporting. This is because we need to optimize our effectiveness. We need to know the amount of money will be needed for this operation as well as the organizations that are supporting this operation. You also need to know that your safety is very important,therefore you will have to carry your own tents for self safety.

In conclusion, we need to prepare ourselves very fast to go and offer our services to people of Nepal since they need us.They also needs food, water and shelter which I know we are going to offer them with immediate effect. We need to cooperate   for better services when we get there.
