1.Search credible online news sources (journalistic sources, not blogs or wikis) for a current news story about a negotiation that illustrates legal or ethical issues in negotiation. Think broadly: for example, this could be a business negotiation, a real estate negotiation, a labor negotiation, a personal matter such as a divorce negotiation, a sports-agent negotiation, a plea bargain negotiation in a criminal matter, or an international negotiation.
2.Prepare a brief reflection paper (four to six paragraphs) about how the story illustrates important points from this module: a.Describe the negotiation situation in your own words. Provide a link to the story so that your classmates can read the full story (or provide directions for how your classmates can find the story if posting a link would violate copyright laws).
b.Offer your impressions of the current negotiation strategies and tactics being employed. Discuss which strategies you think could be unethical or illegal, and why.
